At Azariah Collective, we're committed to giving you high-quality products and making sure you're happy with what you buy. We understand that sometimes you might need to return things, and we want to make that process as easy as possible. Please take a look at our returns policy below.

Faulty Items:

 

Should you receive a faulty or defective product, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our faulty item return policy extends to 14 days from the date of delivery. Get in touch within this period to initiate the return process. We will coordinate the return shipping and offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Size:

In the event that you have received an item in an incorrect size and wish to exchange it, we're here to assist you. Our policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of delivery for size-related returns. However, it is important that the item remains in its original, unworn condition. For incorrect size returns, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Please contact us at info@azariahcollective within the specified return period. Indicate your return reason and choice of replacement or refund. We will authorise your return and provide instructions.

 

Securely pack the item and ship to the provided address. We cover return shipping for faulty items; for incorrect size returns, you cover return shipping.

 

Upon receiving the item, we'll assess it per return criteria (unworn for size issues, faulty for defects). Once confirmed, we'll process replacement or refund within 2-3 business days.
